For Microsoft Windows 7 10 machines:
* Please click 1. On the start menu and type "windows update" into bottom of the run screen you have your task bar . Click on the icon for the magnifying glass.''* select 2. This will open a small window for searching windows. In the "windows search field type Windows updateand open the " tab. Check for updates System settings App ''* In the top left of the newly opened ‘windows 3. This will open a update menu select settings window. Click the option for button to "Check for updates"

In the search field type "Programs and select features"control paneland open the " Programs and Features System settings''* Then select 3. This will open a window displaying all of the current software downloaded and installed onto the machine. Click on the "programsInstalled on" column to organise by newest installed first on list.* then 4. Once the results are displayed take a screenshot to add it to the required security document"programs . In order to take a screenshot of the program list click anywhere on the application (To make it the foreground process) and hold down the "Alt" button and press the "PrtScn" button. This will take a screenshot of just the foreground application. (Which is Programs and features"at this time as it was the last application we clicked on/in)* The next 5. Once you completed the above step is (No notification from windows for screenshot taken) navigate back to the security document and scroll down to select the spy-ware section and fill in the questions required. For the question requiring a snapshot just paste your screen shot into the designated area.
