Realex payments have recently invested in updating updated the security of their payment interface.

While this does not affect the more modern browsers such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, however it does affect Internet Explorer versions 6 through 10.

The update to Realex means that the browser needs to support TLS 1.2, all . All browsers above Internet Explorer 8 support TLS 1.2 but it is not always turned on.

In order to fix this , a setting needs to be enabled in the browser.

In order to enable TLS 1.2 in Internet Explorer it will need go to be enabled in the browser settings.

Open up the browser and find Find the settings / tools option.

Then select Select internet options.

If issues still persist with making payments with Realex using Internet Explorer then consider downloading another browser.
