Below = Placement approach = Our placements are some based on the concept of giving the student real, meaningful work to do. The work itself will take the form of a project. The student then develops that project to the best of their ability in order to learn as much as they can from a real world setting. All n One gains work done on an area where current resources can be directed to but have identified as meaningful work. The project placement will follow an ADDIE approach [[All_n_One_Project_Development_Approach]]. The first few weeks are orientation before the project begins in the Analysis phase of ADDIE. For 3rd year students the details aim is to find a project that could also evolve into their 4th year project as well. Students for each phase are required to produced documentation, perform the work including interaction with members of how we deliver our internshipsstaff and give presentations to management on their progress. We work very closely with the relevant institutions to ensure processes and procedures are completed as required. Every student placed is required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality.
