A Placeholder Account is a special type of account in bxp software (bxp)provides a secure hosted environment with extensive functionality but there are occasions where large numbers of users require access to limited functionality and in these instances normal user accounts may not be appropriate. Placeholders provide free, partial access to the system to bridge that gap
The A Placeholder Account is a special type of account allows for a user to be created on the system with view to that user becoming a full user in the coming futurebxp software (bxp).
* Reminders - View
* Reminders - Add
* Help ME! engine
* Suggestion Box
* Publicly accessible forms (which only have one set outcome with no validation or functionality)
** Forms (requires Form Management and Inbound)
** Incident / Case Logs (requires Form Management and Case Management)
** Surveys (requires Form Management and Survey)
** Quality Forms (requires Form Management and Quality Assurance)
* Votes
* Customised buttons on the Main Menu
 
 
NOTES: Placeholder forms do not support customised JavaScript or links to eCourse references. For reporting purposes data logged in the form by a placeholder is available through Data Profiling but only as Data and Visualisation reports. Statistics and Scoring apply to live user accounts only. Custom forms and reports can be built as one-off, chargeable events.
