Form Retire and Restore

It is possible to delete Forms and their entire data sets. This however means that the data is unrecoverable except through the backup processes of an All n One implemented action. A safer and more process friendly approach is to retire a form. 
== Retiring forms ==
It is now possible to retire a Form without deleting the data. A "retired" form removes the Form from all active lists but does not delete the data and from the bxp servers. This data can be restored as requiredby an end user without the need for All n One support.
== Mass retire forms ==
 
To further the effort of cleaning up a lot of forms quickly, it is possible to Mass Retire forms.
