It is possible to delete Forms and their entire data sets. This however means that the data is unrecoverable except through the backup processes of an All n One implemented action.
It is now possible to retire a Form without deleting the data. A "retired" form removes the Form from all active lists but does not delete the data and can be restored as required.
The retire option is available from:
''Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Form Deletion - Form Retire > Select the form''
The restore a form, the option is available from:
''Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Form Deletion - Form Restore > Select the retired form''
