Changes

Current Status and New Status are shown on screen also. Current is what it was. New is what it will be when the record is saved. These are the fields of data that are shown to the user when a lookup is performed. If you would like to show the name of the person looked up, then set the Firstname and Surname to true. Showing too much data is not useful for the agent. Showing too little data is also counter-productive. As this option can be changes as often as you like, so it is worth experimenting with options.
