How To Transfer a Call Using 3CX Soft Phone

1 Introduction
3CX is the computer based software phone in use by All n One for Telecommunications. This is a brief guide intended on showing a user how to transfer calls using two differed methods
2 Cold Transfer
To perform a Cold (blind) transfer:
1. While in a call, click on the “Cold Transfer” button 
.
2. Enter the number you want to transfer the call to.
3. Click on the “Transfer” 
button to transfer the call
3 Warm Transfer
To perform an attended transfer:
1. While in call, click the “Warm Transfer” icon 
.
2. Dial the number you want to transfer the call to, make the call and announce the transfer to the recipient.
3. After confirming that the recipient wants to take the call, click the “Transfer” button . The call will be transferred to the recipient
