Form Map Coordinates

1 Overview
There is a question type in bxp that allows a user to record coordinates on a map. The user can search for an address and then select it to be stored on the form.
2 Question Use
The question will display the two coordinates and a locate button on screen.
When you click on the "locate" button, a map will appear with a search field.
A user can type an address into the search field and the closest result will then appear on the map.
After the user exits out of this popup screen, the new coordinates will be saved to the form. If a user clicks on the "locate" button again, the previously selected location will be visible.
