Form - Delete (Data Only - All Data)

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Data Deletion - All Data > Choose the Form

• Confirm this is the form that you wish to delete all the data from.

• This process will delete all CDA and CCL records from the form, but keep all the structure and reporting configurations made.

• The Id of records for the CDA and CCLs will be reset back to 1, for the first record.

• Note - This action is irreversible and immediate.

If you wish to wipe a subset of the data then you can use

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Data Deletion - Grouped Data > Choose the Form

• Provide the criteria for the group.
