Bxp - Client Security Report
From All n One's bxp software Wixi
At All n One we strive to provide the most secure method for using our SaaS solution bxp software.
In order to increase the security of our clients business express system, we have created a reporting system to allow our clients to see the possible security threats from their end users.
This report allows the security champion for the client to view:
- System Profile -- In this report, Administrators can view a diagram that shows the status of the end users for the said client instance of BE. (i.e whether their account is live, training, pending, placeholder, retired, disabled or locked.)
- User Appointed Departments -- This report shows the view how the users on the system are distributed throughout their created departments. i.e shows the amount of users in HR, Head office, commercial etc.
- Login Report -- In this report, Administrators can monitor the successful login attempts for their organization under the sections (Logged in within 30 days, between 30-60 Days, 60 days+, No login information recorded)
- Password Strength -- Password strength is a measure of the effectiveness of a password in resisting guessing and brute-force attacks. In its usual form, it estimates how many trials an attacker who does not have direct access to the password would need, on average, to guess it correctly. The strength of a password is a function of length, complexity, and unpredictability. This report shows all end-users with weak of medium passwords. In order to mitigate against possible end user security threats we advice all clients to acknowledge the users on their system with weak or medium level passwords in order to get their password strength up to the required strength.
These reports are available to all clients. For more information contact All n One by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or phoning us on + 353 1 429 4000
