You can then update the Quotation record's fields as needed. Note that the same list of mandatory fields applies here as when adding an Quotation initially. Once you have made your changes to the record, click on Save Quotation.   Note also that you can add and remove Products and Services to/from the quote and update its External Viewer Details when editing as well. These functions behave the same as during the process of adding a new Quote, for more detail refer back to sections3.2 through 3.4
