Question - Answer values - Add

~~If you have to~~ To add answer values to a an existing question ~~that has already been added to the system~~:

*Choose the form.

*Choose the question you wish to add the answer values.

*~~Fill~~ Enter the answers in the text box and in the value box.

*~~Again, make~~ Make sure that ~~both~~ that the text and value ~~are the same~~fields have identical entries.

*Click Add answers
