HTML Head allows for extra lines to be added inside the HTML <head> tags. This is for extra libraries or custom CSS sheets. You can then control where those the HTML page blocks appear.
Both blocks will appear inside the <body> tags of the page.
The order in which things are drawn depends on the order of the [[Interface_Bars]]
