This page allows you to add questions to the exam. There are three fields on this page.
- Question Type - Choose the type of question you wish to add
- Question - Name the question
- Notes - Add additional notes to the question for the users
There are five types of questions available for a test.
- Basic - List/Menu - Closed question - Single answer - This is a drop down list
- Basic - Radio button - Closed question - Single answer - A radio button will appear beside all values in the question. Only one value can be chosen.
- Basic question - Check box - Closed question - Multiple answer - A check box will appear beside all values in the question. More than one value can be selected
- Basic True False Block - Closed question - Single answer - True and False will appear in a drop down list
- Basic Yes No Block - Closed question - Single answer - Yes and No will appear in a drop down list
- Basic - Section Header - Not a question - Can be used to appear before a question, i.e. Question 1., Question 2., etc.
