The Form Validation Script is a Rich Text Format (RTF) document which contains all the spoken / read elements of a script used by the user when interacting with the script.

This document serves a number of purposes.

  • It acts as a handy reference as to what is currently in a script for training and client approval.
  • It acts as a document which can be used to check the spelling and grammar of a script.
  • It allows a display of the entire script without any logic obscuring the flow of all the options
