1 Overview

Dashboards are preselected groupings of reports that are designed to make tasks around specific areas easier.


This section also contains other useful general reporting functionality.


2 Instant - Dashboards

2.1 Dashboard - All Forms

  • Choose the Form
  • All dashboard of the most common reports will be presented to you
  1. Black buttons - Dashboard Information
  2. Green buttons - Data reports
  3. Blue buttons - Statistics reports
  4. Yellow buttons - Scoring reports
  5. Red buttons - Visualisations
  6. Purple buttons - Reminders and Case Management Reports
  7. Orange buttons - Export Reports

Please note the dashboard changes automatically with type of form.


2.2 Dashboard - Record Status

  • Choose the campaign
  • The current status of the campaign records will be displayed on screen for that campaign showing:
  1. The campaign name
  2. The current working outcome
  3. The current working attempt
  4. The earliest activity in this campaign
  5. The most recent activity in this campaign
  • Two tables will be displayed on the screen showing the Active outcomes and the Finished Outcomes

2.2.1 Dashboard - System Information

  • Choose the campaign
  • A report will be generated and displayed on the screen showing:
  1. Data Records
  2. Contact Records
  3. Outcomes

for that campaign.

2.2.2 Integrated Warehousing - Manual Lock Release

NOTE - IW = Integrated Warehousing. Manual IW Lock Release is used to release the lock on a report if a report failed to generate in the middle of the report being generated.
Integrated Warehousing is only associated with Grouped Reports in Data Profiling. For example, if a report is generated at a certain time by a certain user, and the same report is generated at the same time by another user, this can cause the report to lock. Using Manual IW Lock Release, you will have to release the lock on this report and generate it again.

2.2.3 Control Bar Button - Cross Linked

  • Choose the campaign
  • Choose the custom group that is configured to be a cross linked report
  • Enter in the name for your control bar button
  • Choose the colour of the button
  • Choose the size of the buttons text

  • Choose the campaign
  • Choose the custom group that is configured to be a work list report
  • Enter in the name for your control bar button
  • Choose the colour of the button
  • Choose the size of the buttons text
