Form Management Menu
In the section Form Management Menu, the following functionality occurs:
- Submit a Form
- My Forms
1 Submit a Form
- Please Select from the from you wish to use from the dropdown menu provided.
- When you have selected the form, the form will open on screen.
- Fill in the form.
- Submit the form.
NOTE - This is a good way of keeping record of a teams holiday requests.
2 My Forms
- Choose a case to view forms.
- Enter the case ID into the text box.
- Choose the outcome you wish to render the case with.
- Render the case.
