In Database – Question Management, campaign questions can be added.

  • Click on Question – Add.
  • Choose the Campaign on which you wish to add questions.
  • There are many different types of pre-built questions within BE that you can add from the drop down list provided.
  • For example, Check box, Radio button, Text box, Basic dropdown list, Complex Address Block etc.
  • In the Add Question screen – choose a question type:
    • Questions Type – For example, Basic dropdown list
    • Question – Write the question that will appear in the campaign
    • Notes – This is a reminder for the agent that will appear in the campaign under the question
    • Data – Fill in the items that will appear in the dropdown list.

Click on the icon at the end of the Data field.
In the pop-up box, enter the text and the value (both must be the same) of the item that will appear in the drop down list.
The values you add will appear in the Data field text box as you add them.

  • Click Add Question.


Question – Edit If you add a question and realise afterwards that you chose the wrong pre-built format for this question, go to Database Management Menu and choose Question – Edit. Here you can choose the campaign and then the question you wish to edit. Change whatever details that are incorrect and Update the question.

Answer Values – Add / Answer Values – Edit If you have to add or edit answer values to a question that has already been added to the system, choose the campaign and the question you wish to add or edit the answer values to and fill the answers in the text box and in the value box. Again, make sure that both text and value are the same.

Reorder Questions If you have to reorder questions in a campaign, change the number in the Current Order box to suit the layout you wish to have in the campaign. The question order will be updated when you click “Update Questions Order”.
