The Form Name is the identifier for any database form.
Choosing names is really important as it will help you easily identify your form, especially when you have lots of databases. We have clients with thousands of form.
When choosing your name, please note that BE will allow duplicate form names. Each form has a unique identifier, usually a number in brackets after the name
It is this ID which is what BE uses to identify the unique forms.
When building your initial forms, you should consider putting your initials at the start of the form name. Also if there is a time window for the form it's worth considering adding that as info too. If you're operating for different areas and segments in your organisation, add that in too. The more descriptive the name the easier it is to find and remember later on.
e.g. Philip Lacey creates a form for the Accounts Department for their November calling.
Name : PL - Accounts - November 2013 - Outbound Followup Form.
