This page allows you to add questions to the exam. There are three fields on this page.

  1. Question Type - Choose the type of question you wish to add
  2. Question - Name the question
  3. Notes - Add additional notes to the question for the users

There are six types of questions available for a Closed question test.

  1. Basic - List/Menu - Closed question - Single answer - This is a drop down list
  2. Basic - Radio button - Closed question - Single answer - A radio button will appear beside all values in the question. Only one value can be chosen.
  3. Basic question - Check box - Closed question - Multiple answer - A check box will appear beside all values in the question. More than one value can be selected
  4. Basic True False Block - Closed question - Single answer - True and False will appear in a drop down list
  5. Basic Yes No Block - Closed question - Single answer - Yes and No will appear in a drop down list
  6. Basic - Section Header - Not a question - Can be used to appear before a question, i.e. Question 1., Question 2., etc.

There are 8 types of questions available for an Open question test - which includes all of the above questions plus two more.

  2. Basic - Text Area - Open Question
