1 Overview

bxp software (bxp) has the ability to integrate and to wrap around numerous systems. Integration can take the form of real time or batch data processing. The direction of the data also has to be considered.

Inbound is coming into bxp and outbound is being pushed from bxp to another system. This gives us four possible scenarios.

  • Real-time inbound
  • Real-time outbound
  • Batch inbound
  • Batch outbound

2 Real-time inbound

This is managed through the bxp API bxp_API

3 Real-time outbound

This is accomplished through outcomes Form_-_Outcomes#Solution_Integrations

4 Batch inbound

This is accomplished through the MetaData module

5 Batch outbound

This is accomplished through the MetaData module
