A vital part of any assessment is to provide feedback to the person. This comes in a number of forms.

  1. None
  2. Coach
  3. SMARTER

The option for setting the type is done from Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Edit > Choose your Form > From the console on the left choose Quality Options > Support Options section > Support Options

1 None

For this approach no recording of feedback and support is recorded within bxp software. This strategy can be used if records are stored in a 3rd party external system / HR system.

2 Coach

This approach allows for a date and time to be recorded for when a Coach has performed a feedback session with a person on the assessment.

3 SMARTER

The SMARTER engine is a unique engine to bxp software. Goals should be SMART. [[[1]]]

  • S - Specific – target a specific area for improvement.
  • M - Measurable – quantify or at least suggest an indicator of progress.
  • A - Assignable – specify who will do it.
  • R - Realistic – state what results can realistically be achieved, given available resources.
  • T - Time-related – specify when the result(s) can be achieved.

All n One extend this acronym with its custom interpretation of:

  • E - Engine – Engine driven to reduce the amount of time between assessment and improvement
  • R - Review-able - Easily reported on, revisited and evaluated without undue administrative overhead

By tying each question in an assessment to an eCourse or external resource, when a question is failed, a custom learning plan is automatically generated.

As many assessments may be done for one person in a given time period, it can be useful to compile up all the learning items into a single report for the person who was assessed to review. Firstly the option to allow an instant Fail keyword to be used must be turned on. It is by default set to True. Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Edit > Choose your Form > From the console on the left choose Quality Options > In the Support section on the right find "SMARTER Compilation".

SMARTER learning plans are accessed by users through Main Menu > Quality Assurance > My SMARTER plans

When the SMARTER plans are pushed to a user the QA form creator has the ability to add a custom HTML layout to the output of the bxp SMARTER plan. To set this layout simply navigate the following system path Form Management > Form - Primary Management > Form - Edit > Choose your Form > From the console on the left choose Quality Options > In the Support section on the right find "SMARTER Custom Layout".

Once here simply enter in your custom layout, to get the SMARTER plans for the agent to appear in your custom layout simply enter --strBody-- in the custom layout

Reminders that there are SMARTER plans to be done are made automatically through the Reminders window. They are also made available through a special menu bar that appears by default on the main menu with the code XX.
