The Form Name is the identifier for any database campaignform.
Choosing names is really important as it will help you easily identify your campaignform, especially when you have lots of databases. We have clients with thousands of campaignsform.
When building your initial forms, you should consider putting your initials at the start of the form name. Also if there is a time window for the campaign form it's worth considering adding that as info too. If you're operating for different areas and segments in your organisation, add that in too. The more descriptive the name the easier it is to find and remember later on.
e.g. Philip Lacey creates a campaign form for the Accounts Department for their November calling.
