Prospects are the first stage in the WMS CRM Pipeline. New Prospects can be created at any time, while existing prospects can be reviewed and modified as needed. This article will cover how to add, edit and view prospects.
Please note that once at least one sale has been agreed upon, Prospects will graduate to Customers and be moved to that portion of the system instead.
2 Adding a Prospect
To add a Prospect, click the Prospects category on the menu sidebar and then select "Create New Prospect" from the options that are displayed. The Prospect interface is divided up into 4 tabs:
- Prospect details - Primary contact information
- Address and GPS details - Address information
- Additional Details - Misc information
- Ownership details - Record information
The following fields are mandatory and must be filled in:
- Title
- First Name
- Surname
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Address line 1
- Address line 2
- Eircode/Postcode/Zip Code
- Council
Once All details have been input click on the Save Prospect button to proceed.
3 View Existing Prospects
3.1 Display
To view a list of existing Prospects, click the Prospects category on the menu sidebar and then select either "View My Prospects" or "View All Prospects" from the options that are displayed. "View My Prospects" will specifically show Prospects assigned to the user that is currently logged in, while "View All Prospects" will display all Prospects currently available in the database. Both lists can be ordered by any of the columns on display, simply click on the column header to do so.
3.2 Prospect Search
To search for a specific Prospect, open either of the view lists as described above and type your search term into the search field at the upper right hand side of the list of Prospects. Prospects can be searched by the following criteria:
Firstname
Surname
Mobile Number
Address 1/2/3
Eircode
