1.1 Data - Report By Period, By Outcome
- Choose the dates in which to report from.
- Choose the campaign to report against.
- Click on the check box beside the outcomes you wish to report on.
- Click on the check box beside the fields in the campaign you would like to report on.
- A report is generated for the records with the Outcomes and fields selected, during the period of time selected, in this campaign.
- Click on the link to open the report, or save the report for a later date.
- Depending on how many records are being generated, it may take some time.
1.2 Data - Unique Data Records - Report By Period, By Outcome
NOTE - This Report follows the same pattern above, EXCEPT:
- It only deals with the last record that was taken on a particular customer.
- For example:
- If a customer calls 3 times (i.e. lost contact mid-call on the first two calls), this report only generates the last record that was recorded by the agent.
- The first two records on this customer will not be reported on in this report.
- Choose the dates in which to report from.
- Choose the campaign in which to report on.
- Choose the Outcomes in which to base the report on.
- Choose the fields from the campaign in which to report on.
- Click on the link to generate the report.
- Open the report or save it for a later date.
1.3 Data - User - Report By Period, by Outcome, by User
- Choose the dates in which to report from.
- Choose the campaign in which to report on.
- Choose the agent to base the report upon.
- Choose the Outcomes in which to base the report on.
- Choose the fields from the campaign in which to report on.
- Click on the link to generate the report.
- Open the report or save it for a later date.
1.4 Data - Cross Linked Interactive Report
- This report is generated for campaigns that have 2 or more campaigns linked together.
- For example, a lookup campaign associated with master campaign.
- The report is generated as above and follows the same pattern, except that it involves 2 campaigns.
