1 Overview

Human Resources Management is discussed here Human_Resources_Management


Human Resource Management as a discipline is managed primarily using the the HRM module to control HR aspects for the system and provide vital reporting and information management.


2 Sections

There are 5 sections to this module

  • Administration
  • System Management
  • General Reporting
  • Department Manager
  • Security Group Manager

2.1 Administration

This is for HR administrators who will have access to all staff record information and the ability to manage read only data for all users.


2.2 System Management

This section provides the central management options and configuration settings which affects the implementation of HR system wide.


2.3 General Reporting

This reporting allows reporting on all users from a HR perspective.


2.4 Department Manager

A Department is a classification field used in bxp. Every user account in bxp can only have one Department assigned. System_Access_Management_-_Departments


A Department can have a manager assigned.


For all users that are assigned to that Department, if the current user is a Department Manager, they will be able to report and support all users in their Department.


There are basic editing and group reporting tools to help them better manage their staff.


2.5 Security Group Manager

The organogram of the bxp system allows groups of users to be created. Organogram_with_Group_Profiling


Each Security Group can have a manager assigned.


For all users that are assigned to that Security Group, if the current user is a Security Group Manager, they will be able to report and support all users in their Security Group.


There are basic editing and group reporting tools to help them better manage their staff.
