It is possible , within strict controls, to add, edit and interact with records externally to outside bxp software. There are very strict controls and options on enabling this kind of interaction. Please ensure that you understand the options and security ramifications of your choices before changing options in this section.

Please note Note that the Form default options of every campaign database build option is to prevent external access by default. This includes Surveys.
