There are a number of instances where its useful after creation of a campaign database that you would want to remove all the testing records added during testing.

This function will remove all added records.  It is not possible to just identify "test" records.  ALL records will be removed along with all of their contact records.

This functionality is exceptionally useful in a Testing Scenario to prepare the test for go live and also for testing where a "Once Only" approach is being used.

1 Overview

Following the creation of a form there are a number of instances where its useful to remove the records that were added during testing.


To remove all records follow the following steps.

  1. Go to Form Management.
  2. Then Form - Primary Management.
  3. Select Form - Edit.
  4. Select your form.
  5. Scroll down on the left hand side of the console and click Reset for Live Use.


Note: This function will remove all records. It is not possible to isolate test records with this function.


This functionality is also useful for Surveys and Quality Forms where you wish to remove all test records before go live.


2 Alternate access to functionality

This functionality can also be accessed without using the console.

Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Data Deletion - All Data > Choose your form > Confirm the deletion


Using this approach, grouped deletion is possible.


Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Form and Data Deletion > Data Deletion - Grouped Data > Choose your form > Provide your grouping options > Confirm the deletion
