[[Category:==eCourse management - CCL Deletion== ----To Be Revised]]Delete the ccl if for example you upload the wrong document the following steps need to be followed 1. Go to Inbound Contact 2. Scroll down to My Data – Admin View 3. Select Lookup an entry 4. Search for the required record using customer name or phone number or record id When you find the record you want 5. Open the record 6. Open up the contact history 7. Check there is documents there then take note of the document id ==Stage 2==1. Go to Form management [[Category:Topic:Learning 2. Scroll down to Form – CCL Management and Development]]select it 3. Click on CCL – Delete 4. Scroll down and select your form e.g. Mortgages form [[Category:Module Specific:eCourse]20] 5. Type in the record id 6. Put a tick beside the CCL you need to delete 7. Delete
