Convert bodies of text form Latin to UTF8 can result in some single byte characters not converting correctly.
When this happens in a form, bxp has a built in cleaning function to do the conversions.
Main Menu > Form Management > Form - Data Cleaning > Mass Update - UTF8 Character Conversion > Choose the form >

Here is the replacement suite currently employed. Those this grows as people find and supply characters they would like converted.
