1 HR Support
All n One currently use Peninsula support and in house expertise for its HR needs.
1.1 Upon Joining
Before Joining he All n One team new employees are first asked to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). Once signed the potential employee can now begin working with the team.
New employees are given a identification card used to access the building along with an introduction pack, a handbook, introduction training and an account set up on active Directory that will allow them to access the required information.
1.2 Upon Leaving
When an employee leaves the company the utmost precautions are taken for security. The recently left employees account on active directory will be disabled refusing them access to their account and also disabling them access to the building with the provided identification card which would also be requested to be given back upon leave.
