Form Dates are bracket the date and time that a form will be available from and until. These are only the dates where period for which the form will be available to agents. This can be really handy is particularly useful for timed release and ensuring that menus are kept tidy. Note that a Form End Date is the first thing you should check if your form suddenly seems to have disappeared.
There are a number of roles where they can be used.
Timed visibility is often used in Tests : When to make sure that work is the test available from and until.Campaign : No record logging until the campaign goes live, e.g. for competitionscompleted on time.
Please note that the dates do not delete data or remove forms from the system, it simply hides the form from access through the appropriate modules.
