1 Database - Question Management
In the Database - Question Management section, the following functionality occurs:
- Question - Add
- Question - Edit
- Question - Answer Values - Add
- Question - Answer Values - Edit
- Question - Answer Values - Mass Edit
- Question - Answer Values - Delete
- Question - Reorder
1.1 Question - Add
- Click on Question – Add.
- Choose the Campaign on which you wish to add questions.
- There are many different types of pre-built questions within BE that you can add from the drop down list provided.
- For example, Check box, Radio button, Text box, Basic dropdown list, Complex Address Block etc.
- In the Add Question screen – choose a question type:
- Questions Type – For example, Basic dropdown list
- Question – Write the question that will appear in the campaign
- Notes – This is a reminder for the agent that will appear in the campaign under the question
- Data – Fill in the items that will appear in the dropdown list
Click on the icon at the end of the Data field.
In the pop-up box, enter the text and the value (both must be the same) of the item that will appear in the drop down list.
The values you add will appear in the Data field text box as you add them.
- Click Add Question.
1.2 Question - Edit
- Click on Question – Edit.
- Choose the Campaign on which you wish to edit questions.
- Choose the question you wish to edit.
- Change the incorrect details in that question.
- Click Update Question.
1.3 Question - Answer values - Add
If you have to add answer values to a question that has already been added to the system:
- Choose the campaign.
- Choose the question you wish to add the answer values.
- Fill the answers in the text box and in the value box.
- Again, make sure that both text and value are the same.
- Click Add answers.
1.4 Question - Answer values - Edit
If you have to edit answer values to a question that has already been added to the system:
- Choose the campaign.
- Choose the question you wish to edit the answer values.
- Edit the answers in the text box and in the value box.
- Again, make sure that both text and value are the same.
- Click Update answers.
1.5 Question - Answer values - Mass Edit
1.6 Question - Answer values - Delete
If you have to delete answer values from a question that has already been added to the system:
- Choose the campaign.
- Choose the question you wish to delete the answer values.
- Select the answer values from the list on the screen by clicking the check box beside the answer values.
- Click Delete answers.
1.7 Question - Reorder
If you have to reorder questions in a campaign:
- Choose the campaign.
- Choose the question you wish to reorder.
- Change the number in the Current Order box to suit the layout you wish to have in the campaign.
- Click Update Questions Order.
