There are a number of ways of creating images for support and other reasons within and for the support of bxp software (Bex)
- Screenshot of a current error
- Creation of a Background Image

For whatever reason there are a number of steps.
- To take a snapshot of the screen, press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
- Hold down the Windows Key and tap the letter R This should pop open the Run dialogue
- In here type mspaint and hit return
- Hold down the CTRL button and tap the letter V This will paste the snapshot of your screen
- Hold down the CTRL button and tap the letter S This will save the image. Choose your desktop or somewhere else you can find the image
- You can change the type of file at the bottom by selecting different types from the drop down list.
