Quota management allows you to create a limit on the number of records the campaign can take on a certain outcome.

This can be found when you go to edit a campaign. Scroll down to Quota Management.

Select the outcome you wish to apply this to. Then enter the limit in the next box.

Once you have this in save the campaign and the limit is set.

When the quota is hit, the agent will see the following:
