When building an Examination Form there are two types that can be built. Open and Closed.
Closed Questions are questions where the user must select from a predefined list of answers. Yes / No. True / False. Select a colour. These question types allow for results to be instantly calculated.
Open Questions include text areas which allow the user to put in as much information as they like. Open Questions require a person to score the response provided.
