The approach is managed when the user access ''Main Menu > System Access Management > User Setup Requests > Request New User''. The process will continue as per the normal Create A User process in bxp, but the status is forced to be Pending and cannot be changed.
The report below Request New User, allows the person doing the requesting to see if their user has been made live or not.
