This is the simplest form of creating assessments. With your form constructed, no loading of assessments is required. Simply type and save with an outcome.
When loaded against a large volume of records / contacts, it may be necessary to reduce the number of contacts to a sample. e.g. 3 contacts per agent. The limit "Reduce loaded" when applied will reduce the loaded records / contacts to 3 X specific assessments per person. When using records (CDA), the last agent to interact with the record will be used as the person.
When building from a team of people, how many assessments should be performed for each person. Setting "Reduce loaded" sets the limit of how many assessments will create X assessments be created for each person.
This types of assessment is based on you loading a list of assessments to be performed into bxp software, from an external source such as an Excel spreadsheet.
