Quality Assessments can be created from a number of sources.

  1. Input
  2. Form
  3. Organogram
  4. PreLoad

It is possible to reduce the total amount of assessments performed depending on the scenario chosen.

1 Input

This is the simplest form of creating assessments. With your form constructed, no loading of assessments is required. Simply type and save with an outcome.

No Limiting is applied to this type.

2 Form

This type of assessment is based on contacts / cases in other forms within bxp software. It is possible to link an assessment to a record (CDA) or to a specific contact (CCL)

When loaded against a large volume of records / contacts, it may be necessary to reduce the number of contacts to a sample. e.g. 3 contacts per agent. The limit when applied will reduce the loaded records / contacts to 3 specific assessments per person. When using records (CDA), the last agent to interact with the record will be used as the person.

3 Organogram

This type of assessment creates assessments for people with log ins into bxp software, who are associated with a branch of an organogram. In this way it possible to create assessments for a team of people.

When building from a team of people, how many assessments should be performed for each person. Setting the limit will create X assessments for each person.

4 PreLoad

This types of assessment is based on you loading a list of assessments to be performed into bxp software, from an external source such as an Excel spreadsheet.

No Limiting is applied to this type, as it is assumed that the user has filtered the assessments to be loaded already.
