1 Overview

There are a number of ways of creating images for support and other reasons within and for the support of bxp software (BXP)

  • Screenshot of a current error
  • Creation of a Background Image
  • Development of training material

For whatever reason there are a number of steps.

  1. To take a snapshot of the screen, press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
  2. Hold down the Windows Key and tap the letter R This should pop open the Run dialogue
  3. In here type mspaint and hit return
  4. Hold down the CTRL button and tap the letter V This will paste the snapshot of your screen
  5. Hold down the CTRL button and tap the letter S This will save the image. Choose your desktop or somewhere else you can find the image
  6. You can change the type of file at the bottom by selecting different types from the drop down list.
