Appointment Management - Features

1 Overview

Appointment Management is the diary engine of bxp. There are two interfaces which can be used. Appointment_Management_-_Interface

As part of the configuration options of a Diary are a number of features which can be enabled and disabled. The Features field allows these to be configured.

• Main Menu > Appointment Management > Diary Management > Diary - Add > Features
• Main Menu > Appointment Management > Diary Management > Diary - Edit > Select the Diary > Features

2 Features

2.1 Form Link

Command	Description
Form_Link=Hide;	by default the Form link is shown. Hide will force hide it.
Form_Link=Edit;	by default the Form link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default.
Form_Link=NoEdit;	by default the Form link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary.

2.2 eCourse Link

Command	Description
eCourse_Link=Hide;	by default the eCourse link is shown. Hide will force hide it.
eCourse_Link=Edit;	by default the eCourse link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default.
eCourse_Link=NoEdit;	by default the eCourse link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary.

2.3 Project Link

Command	Description
Project_Link=Hide;	by default the Project link is shown. Hide will force hide it.
Project_Link=Edit;	by default the Project link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default.
Project_Link=NoEdit;	by default the Project link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary.

Meeting_Link=Hide;	by default the Meeting link is shown. Hide will force hide it.
Meeting_Link=Edit;	by default the Meeting link is shown. Edit will allow any user edit it. Owner will have edit ability by default.
Meeting_Link=NoEdit;	by default the Meeting link is shown. Even author isn't allowed to edit in Diary.
