Outcome Security enables a system where outcomes are only shown to the user if explicit security permission is granted to the user. When enabled the all users will have no outcomes by default. To gain an outcome access must be specifically granted to that user.
The process to enable outcome security is.
* Enable outcome security. This is done by going Main Menu > Database Management > Database - Primary Management > Campaign - Edit > Select the database > Open Advanced Options > Set "Use Outcome Security" to True. Scroll to the bottom and click "Update". Outcome security has now been enabled.
* Administration of the security is done through Main Menu > Database Management > Outcome Access. The management of which follows below:
