== Steps == The process begins with project descriptions being circulated to the institutions. Alternately some organisations circulate lists of placements and their skillsets. In which case projects will be matched to skillsets. An interview is performed and the student is presented (where travel permits) to the environment. If All n One and the student agree, the placement is confirmed. Every student placed is required to sign a Non-disclosure Agreement to ensure confidentiality. All internships are unpaid. The project placement will follow an ADDIE approach [[All_n_One_Project_Development_Approach]]. The first few weeks are orientation before the project begins in the Analysis phase of ADDIE.
We work very closely with the relevant institutions to ensure processes and procedures are completed as required.
