1 Overview
The BEmail form is designed to quickly allow a mailbox to be managed through bxp.
The process to link a BEmail form to a mailbox is detailed here BEmail_(_Email-2-Campaign_)
As emails arrive three processes can be performed on the emails
- Content Retrieval BEmail_Content_Retrieval
- onArrival management BEMail_onArrival_matching_engine
- SPAM management BEmail_SPAM_Management
When a CRM is built, it won't be able to go straight to a mailbox so some manual configuration will be required.
