PLEASE NOTE : In this scenario it is assumed that an eCourse has already been created

1) Go to eCourse [[File:https://ww3.allnone.ie/images/menu_bars/module_47_bar_37x37ECourse icon.png|bottom]] | Read a Book | select the book you want
2) Near the top right of the screen click on the button “Add this page as a Control Bar Public Link”
2) Copy the URL (web address) of the book
3) Go to Control Bar [[File:Control Bar Icon.png|bottom]] | Public Links | Create a Public Link
4) In the “Address” field, paste the URL from step 2
6) Repeat step 4 above
If you have already created a link that you simply want to go back and give access to other people to, simply go to Control Bar | Security Management | Allow Users Access to Link, select the link you want to edit, then select all the required users and save.
