= Overview =

The BEmail form is designed to quickly allow a mailbox to be managed through bxp.

As emails arrive three processes can be performed on the emails
* Content Retrieval [[BEmail_Content_Retrieval]]
* onArrival management [[BEMail_onArrival_matching_engine]]
* SPAM management [[BEmail_SPAM_Management]]

When a CRM is built, it won't be able to go straight to a mailbox so some manual configuration will be required.
