1 Introduction

1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this part of the demo is to introduce the reporting dashboards capable in BXP, specifically the eCourse management reporting dashboard.

Though there are many reports available the majority of reporting is when tests are integrated into the eCourses.

1.2 Background

Reporting is an extensively addressed and vital part of the platform. With a complete audit trail for every action performed in BXP it becomes vital to get the right report to provide key information to users, management and those requiring strategic overviews.

After using BXP it becomes very clear that anything is possible. To get users to start to understand the infinite flexibility of the tool a number of canned reports and dashboards are presented as a starting point for new users to the system.

As a user becomes more comfortable with the system, customised dashboards, layouts and customised reports become possible.
