An Inbound Contact campaign database allows records to be recorded and stored.

Each record can also have contacts and files associated with the record.

The strategy of an Inbound Contact campaign occurs generally in four phases.

Phase 1 is the setup of the campaign. This involves the adding of questions, the setup of various configuration options and security options.

Phase 2 is the rollout preparation of the campaign. Granting security permissions and putting training and support information in place.

Phase 3 is the operation of the campaign. The logging and updating of records.

Phase 4 is the reporting and evolution of the campaign. The review of data and improvement of the processes.
