Exam Primary Options

Add the primary details to the Exam that you are about to build. Options include:-

1. Type
2. Name
3. Layout
4. Available From
5. Available Until

Type - The type of form should be selected here, i.e. Examination
Name - Give the exam a name
Layout - Choose how you would like the exam to appear - Horizontally or vertically
Available From - Choose the date you would like the exam available from
Available Until - Choose the date you would like the exam available until
